Special Meeting
NOTICE
The Grand County Library District
Board of Trustees will hold a
Special Meeting & Executive Session
on Tuesday, May 28th at 9:00 am
at the Grand County Library District Administration Office
225 E. Jasper Avenue, Granby, CO
The Special Meeting will consider a
draft ballot question to increase the GCLD mill levy.
The Executive Session will convene for:
CRS 24-6-402 (4)(b), conferences with an attorney for the public entity for the purposes of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions; and
CRS 24-6-402(4)(e), developing strategy for negotiations, instructing negotiators,
and determining positions relative to matters
that may be subject to negotiations
The Board reserves the right to add items of business and to change the order of business as needed. The Board welcomes public participation in the meetings.
