Loving Top-Ten Lists
I love books and lists. Who does not love lists of books? My favorite types of lists are the "top ten" kind. A few good top ten lists come from those culture mavens over at Entertainment Weekly. This year, quite a few favorites have garnered notice on both the Nonfiction and the Fiction lists.
Annually, a variety of lists in regards to book awards appear. For example, the Caldecott, Newberry & Corretta Scott King awards are books celebrated for juveniles.
For those of you who enjoy books lists, here is a top ten award list you probably have not heard of, The Alex Awards for the 10 best adult books that appeal to teen audiences.
