Automotive Repair	Chilton Library provides exclusive photographs, diagnostics designed by instructors, step-by-step repair procedures, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance schedules, wiring diagrams, recalls and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) for automobiles and light trucks in one easy-to-use web site.
Search magazines, journals, and newspapers	This source provides access to a collection of magazine and newspaper databases in various subject areas, with many full-text articles in addition to abstracts and citations. It also includes Searchasaurus for kids, K-12 for students, Health Information and Business Searching. There is also EBSCOhost Francais, EBSCOhost Espanol and EBSCOhost Deutsch.
Home Improvement Reference Center	This source gives you the option of simple or advance searching, browsing by projects, such as: Decorating, Electrical, Maintenance, Outdoor, Plumbing, Remodeling or Woodworking. You can look at the Toolbox for: Working with Contractors, Working with Nails, Measurements, Drilling Reference, Saw Blade Reference or Adhesive Reference. When you find what your are looking for you have the option of Print, Email, Save or Add to Folder.
Consumer Health Complete	You can search in a Medical Dictionary, Encyclopedias and Reference Books, Drug and Herb Information, Alternative Health Sources, Health Reports, etc. There is also a source in Espanol. You can browse in Popular Sources or you can search by topic. In an advanced search you can specify full text or month and year of the publication, etc. In an advanced search you can choose: Document types, Full text, Journal, Publication date, Publication type, Document type, etc.
	Business Source Premier, is the industry’s most used business research database, providing full text for more than 2,300 journals, including full text for more than 1,100 peer-reviewed business publications.
	NoveList is a fiction database that provides subject heading access, reviews, annotations, and more for over 120,000 fiction titles for all ages. It also offers author read-alikes, book discussion guides, book talks, and feature articles. The database is searchable by author, title, series, category, genre, theme, or key word (plot description).
	This source offers many resources to help a student doing research. From the main page you can search by topic or by subject/keyword and choose to include: magazines, newspapers, reference works & encyclopedias, biographies, radio & tv news transcripts, state/province reports, primary source documents or phots, maps & flags. It also offers a dictionary and the Columbia Encyclopedia.

E-books for kids	TumbleBook Library is a collection of TumbleBooks (animated, talking picture books) and TumblePuzzles. TumbleBooks are created from existing picture books which we have licensed from children's book publishers and converted to the TumbleBook format.
Electronic media	Download best selling audio books, music and videos 24/7 to your PC at home, in the office or from anywhere in the world. Now your library never closes! GCLD and the Marmot Library Consortium together offer this service.
Electronic media	Download audio books and e-books to your PC 24/7, anytime anywhere. Search by keyword, title, author, subject or narrator. Want to learn to speak, French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin or another language? Pimsleur language programs are available to download. Set up a User Name and Password at a GCLD Library and then search for and check out books at home on your computer.
Tests and tutorials	Set up a User Name and Password at a GCLD Library and then you can use your home computer. LearningExpress Library provides a completely interactive online learning platform of practice tests and tutorial course series designed to help patrons, students, and adult learners succeed on the academic or licensing tests they must pass. You'll get immediate scoring, complete answer explanations, and an individualized analysis of your results.
Encyclopedia	You can access the Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia, The New Book of Knowledge, The New Book of Popular Science, the Dictionary, Atlas, Current News and much, much more.
Authors and literature	Contemporary Authors provides complete biographical and bibliographical information and references on more than 120,000 U.S. and international authors. Contemprary Literary Criticism Select is an extensive collection of critical essays on contemporary authors. Each CLC Select entry contains a biographical/critical introduction, listing of pricinpal works and sources for further study.
Grand County History	Look at Places, People, Timeline, Community Life, Business/Industry or Transportation. Each area includes articles and photographs of life in Grand County.
Genealogy	Search census records from 1790-1930; Search Books for family histories; Search PERSI, an index of over 1.6 million geneology and local history articles or Search Revolutionary War records.
Colorado History	Look at Heritage Colorado for digitized historic photographs, Colorado's Historic Newspaper Collection, Colorado's Main Streets for historical architecture and Western Trails for Indian Trails, Explorerer Trails, Military Trails, etc.
Colorado Historic Newspapers	This site is a part of the Collaborative Digitization Program. There are newspapers from 1859-1923 in many different regions of the state. Pick a region to search from the map or click on the Browse All or Search All tabs.

	MedlinePlus will direct you to information to help answer health questions. MedlinePlus brings together authoritative information from NLM, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and other government agencies and health-related organizations. Preformulated MEDLINE searches are included in MedlinePlus and give easy access to medical journal articles. MedlinePlus also has extensive information about drugs, an illustrated medical encyclopedia, interactive patient tutorials, and latest health news. It is also available en Espanol.
	Britannica Online School Edition offers encyclopedias and related resources for students of all levels. Available from inside one of our five libraries.

	With over 2,000 primary source documents and 700 pieces of multimedia, Annals of American History is an excellent resource for expanding your understanding of the history and culture of the United States. Available from inside one of our five libraries.
	This site offers resources in Spanish for all ages in two unique interfaces, each with its own comprehensive encyclopedia: Gran Enciclopedia Planeta for high school ages and up and Enciclopedia Juvenil for ages 6-12. Available from inside one of our five libraries.
