Meeting, Conference, and Study Rooms
Meeting Rooms and study rooms are available free of charge. Both study rooms and meeting rooms are available to the community on an “equitable basis regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting their use” (Library Bill of Rights, Article 6).
Meeting Room Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting rooms are available between the hours of 7 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week and may be reserved between 48 hours and up to 60 days in advance.
Requirements to Reserve a Room Online:
- At least 18 years old
- Current library card
- An email account associated with your library account
Within 48 hours prior to using a meeting room, it is necessary to meet with a librarian during regular library hours to review room access and furniture/equipment location. Without this walk through meeting, you may not have access to the room.
Study Room Reservations are accepted at the Kremmling Library and the Juniper Library. All other study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Study rooms are only available during open hours.
